ADA / WCAG Accessibility Statement
K-Force Global is committed to making its public website accessible and usable for people with disabilities. Our accessibility goal is to align public web content with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable, while recognizing that the U.S. Department of Justice Title II web rule uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the technical standard for covered state and local government web content and mobile apps.
Accessibility practices
- Use semantic HTML, meaningful headings, descriptive links, visible focus styles, skip links, and sufficient text contrast.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and avoid relying only on color to communicate important information.
- Support keyboard navigation and responsive layouts across common devices and viewport sizes.
- Review new public pages for accessible structure, internal anchors, and readable content before publication.
Feedback and accommodation
If you experience difficulty accessing content, notice an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternate format, contact accessibility@k-forceglobal.com or legal@k-forceglobal.com. Please include the page URL, the barrier encountered, your preferred contact method, and the format or support requested. We will make a good-faith effort to respond and provide reasonable assistance.
ESG and Responsible Impact Statement
K-Force Global supports responsible environmental, social, and governance practices grounded in transparency, proportionality, evidence, and continuous improvement. We seek to help organizations avoid unsupported claims by encouraging documented methodologies, clear boundaries, traceable data, and appropriate review of workforce, operational, sustainability, and community-impact outcomes.
Environmental
K-Force Global favors practical environmental claims that are specific, substantiated, and not overstated. We encourage clients and partners to avoid broad unqualified claims such as "green," "eco-friendly," or "sustainable" unless they can define the scope, evidence, trade-offs, and limitations behind the claim.
Social
K-Force Global supports workforce development, equitable access to opportunity, community engagement, safety, accessibility, supplier responsibility, and transparent stakeholder communication. We do not promise employment, funding, certification, grant awards, community acceptance, or any guaranteed social outcome unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
Governance
K-Force Global promotes responsible governance through documentation, defined responsibilities, conflict-of-interest awareness, audit readiness, privacy and security controls, evidence retention, and clear approval processes for public claims. ESG, sustainability, impact, and verification information should be reviewed for accuracy, context, and legal sufficiency before public use.
Framework awareness
K-Force Global may reference or support alignment efforts involving frameworks or regimes such as ISSB/IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, CSRD/ESRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD-style governance concepts, FTC Green Guides, local-law requirements, customer-specific procurement requirements, and other emerging standards. References to these frameworks do not mean K-Force Global is certifying, assuring, auditing, or guaranteeing compliance unless expressly agreed in writing.
